MEMBERSHIPS
AAHD is very appreciative of those individuals, organizations and corporations that join AAHD. These memberships permit AAHD to carry on our mission of advancing health promotion and wellness interventions for people with disabilities at the national, state and community level. AAHD offers three types of Memberships:
The level of Membership you select will determine your benefits package. Please read the specifics on the three types of AAHD Memberships to determine which one best suits your needs. Corporate memberships are for corporations who support the mission of AAHD.
Affiliate memberships are tailored to non-profit organizations, universities, and state and local government.
Individual memberships are specific to professionals who work in the field of disability and health, consumers, and interested members of the public.
AAHD welcomes Corporate Sponsorships as these types of sponsorships permit AAHD to carry on our mission of advancing health promotion and wellness interventions for people with disabilities at the national, state and community level. AAHD offers three levels of Corporate Sponsorships:

Please remember AAHD when you are making a donation in honor of a relative, friend or colleague, or in memory of a relative, friend or colleague. AAHD is a 501 © (3) and your donations are tax deductible. AAHD sincerely appreciates the donations we receive from our supporters. These donations permit AAHD to carry on our mission of advancing health promotion and wellness interventions for people with disabilities at the national, state and community level.
Please send your donation to AAHD, 110 N. Washington Street, Suite 340A, Rockville, MD 20850. An acknowledgement letter will be sent to the recipient and to the donor.

AAHD has created a special category for Charter Donors. A Charter Donor is an individual who would like to support the creation of the Disability and Health Journal, which AAHD is launching in late 2007. Charter Donors will receive special recognition in the Inaugural Issue of the Disability and Health Journal.
